Demi Lovato is now a co-owner of CAST Centers, the Los Angeles facility where she sought treatment in 2013.。

The singer, who has struggled with substance abuse, bulimia, bipolar disorder and depression, told CBS's Tracy Smith that "it feels good" to buy into the center that houses the programs that helped her heal.。

“Yeah, I was a nightmare,” she said of her stint at CAST. “I would say ... the word that I want to say, but it’s so inappropriate that I can’t." 。

Still, she pulled through — and now, she's committed to using her singing career to make a difference.。

Sticking to her commitment, she's brought CAST's founder and CEO Mike Bayer on her tour with Nick Jonas this summer, holding mental health workshops with fans before every concert. 。
