On Wednesday,Wall Street Journal 。reporter Richard Rubin noticed some young men carrying a painting of President Donald Trump on Capitol Hill.。

He shared the artwork on Twitter, saying the portrait wasn't commissioned and the artist, Barry Wingard, contacted Rep. Mike Kelly.。

The young lads said the painting, along with one of Melania, were going to the Vice President Mike Pence's office:。
