On Wednesday,Wall Street Journal。reporter Richard Rubin noticed some young men carrying a painting of President Donald Trump on Capitol Hill. 。

He shared the artwork on Twitter, saying the portrait wasn't commissioned and the artist, Barry Wingard, contacted Rep. Mike Kelly. 。

The young lads said the painting, along with one of Melania, were going to the Vice President Mike Pence's office:。
