AJ Tabangay was on an UberPool ride when his long time college crush hopped in.。

"I can't breathe guys," says AJ before asking the Twittersphere what he should say to make small talk.。

"Upon arriving [at] his pick-up point, I [saw] him from afar and my heart started pumping intensely, I couldn't believe it," AJ, who is based in the Philippines, told。 Mashable.。
"When he entered, I pretended that it was nothing...[but I went on] a Twitter spree and constantly messaged my friends to devise a plan so I could converse with him. I ended up just feeling happy [and] giddy that I got to ride with him." 。
AJ's story, which happened last year, picked up some social traction, but has now become truly immortalised in an Uber ad. 。

"I got really shocked when Uber contacted me...I completely forgot about it [but now] I think the memory will stick for a very long time," he said.。 The ad, titled。Kilig。
, which translates to romantic excitement in Filipino -- has since been viewed 2.4 million times, and attracted a stream of giddy comments.。
"It happened to me couple of weeks ago...it's the driver that happens to be my long time crush, that [was the] very first time we had a conversation," said one comment on Facebook. 。
