Taylor Swift wasn't alone when she showed up to court last week and won a symbolic $1 battery and assault lawsuit against a DJ who groped her. 。
Of course, media was present throughout the week, alongside her family and friends—but so were the folks of art company Craftsy, whose office windows faced the courthouse and presented them with an opportunity to support the singer with post-it notes. 。

Everything from "people throw rocks at things that shine" to "fearless" were emblazoned and captured by spectators.。

Swift took notice, and according to Twitter sent the team flowers as a way to thank them for their support. "We're so happy our messages brightened your day as much as your flowers brightened ours!," they wrote.。," they wrote. 。

In addition to sending flowers, Swift made a subtle social media return when she liked a fan's Tumblr post regarding the trial. Beyond these covert actions, her remarks regarding the trial have been limited to statements to the press. 。
"I acknowledge the privilege that I benefit from in life, in society and in my ability to shoulder the enormous cost of defending myself in a trial like this," Swift told Us Weekly in a statement. "My hope is to help those whose voices should also be heard. Therefore, I will be making donations in the near future to multiple organizations that help sexual assault victims defend themselves." 。
