I mean, sure, we're all very confused about politics lately, but the Russian Embassy's latest tweet about the United States is truly just mind-boggling.。

It stated that according to Russian diplomat and Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, "There have been no talks between Russia and the United States about the lifting of sanctions."。
So that's fine, but the strange part is the attached photograph -- a table filled with burgers, fries, ketchup bottles, paper towel and some delicious looking tea/juice-like beverages. 。
